How the portal works
Ziptopay is designed for users who create an account with their mobile number, verify identity where required, and then access services such as wallet top-ups, memberships, recharge, shopping, coupons, referral-linked rewards, and withdrawals.
Transactions are recorded against the user account so balances, rewards, order history, and compliance checks remain tied to the correct customer profile. This is why live payment steps happen after login even though the public policies remain visible without authentication.

Recharge and utility services
The portal supports prepaid, postpaid, DTH, and electricity flows, with additional service categories planned in the app.
Memberships, shopping, and rewards
Users can purchase memberships, shop eligible products, earn coupons and cashback, and track transactions in one place.
